Our story began in 1995 with Mr. Mahendra Singh Pawar. Back then we started with Hari Krishna Properties and were having a presence in Delhi –NCR & Haryana during the initial phase. We were the Agriculture land aggregator for ourselves as well as various Developers; we also gained expertise in Sales & Marketing of local residential and commercial properties
Taking a giant leap forward, Mr. Manish Pawar, Son of Mr. Mahendra Singh Pawar took over from the year 2001 & started his journey. His journey to success included many projects and it’s important for us to list a few of them where he handled the projects with perfection and delivered them to the full satisfaction of the customers. And Within a few years the name of the company emerged ''Suggestic Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.''
